The family room was spacious, perfect for our road trip with nice views nearby.

There is nothing I remember with pleasure from this hotel.

Dinigroom crowded with busloads of tourists. The hotel is situated in the town center which consists (almost) of a mall. Nothing much to do or to look at nearby the hotel.

very good breakfast and hotel was very pleasant.

the price. this is very over priced compared to similiar hotels. they charge for everything.

Got well-appointed and well heated double room with a big bathroom when arrived, loved that. The most important was the staff - competent and amicable people. The location was central, very close to a shopping centre and other restaurants and supermarkets. The lunch in Stakeriet Mat og vinhus close to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

I enjoyed the cozy room, but the parking situation was a hassle.

The hotel was conveniently located near the

Bus station. The complimentary breakfast was delicious but very busy. On one occasion, the staff prepared a take-out breakfast for my early bus, which I appreciated. A downside was the absence of air conditioning.

The bathroom was super clean, but the service was a bit lacking. Breakfast was sweet as, heaps of tasty options to choose from!

Not many hotels to choose from in Alta. Like all hotels in Norway, they are expensive compared to UK/Europe. That said, this hotel was very convenient being in the centre of town. The breakfast spread was excellent and available from 6am, so it was possible to eat before going to the airport for a 7.30am flight! Staff were very friendly. Rooms were reasonable size and comfortable.

We booked two rooms expecting them to be adjacent as we were a family group. On arrival we found that our two rooms were on different floors. This was a minor issue. Maybe we should have requested adjacent rooms at booking? The bathrooms were a little dated. A decent shower cubicle would have been better than the shower over the bath.

Very clean and comfortable modern hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Complimentary hot drinks available free in reception. Not cheap, but that is mainly due to the current exchange rate. Separate heating thermostats in the bathroom and the room, not seen that before. Very close to shops, buses etc.
