The hotel was conveniently located near the
bus station, making it easy to explore Alta. The complimentary breakfast was delicious but very busy. On one occasion, the staff prepared a take-out breakfast for my early bus, which I appreciated. A downside was the absence of air conditioning, making it quite warm at night.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The room had no air conditioning or even a fan, which made for uncomfortable nights as the temperature was quite warm during my stay. the sauna and pool were located in another building with restricted hours, making it difficult to use during my time there.

While the hotel boasts a great breakfast, the parking situation is confusing and can lead to hefty fines, as it doesn't belong to the hotel and isn't clearly communicated at check-in. the rooms often suffer from noise due to insufficient insulation, which could make for a restless night. On top of that, check-in delays are reported frequently, which can be frustrating especially after a long day of travel.
